His research activity started in 1999 at the Universidad Nacional de La Plata (UNLP), La Plata, Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina in the LIFIA research group where He focused on the Computer Supported CooperativeWork (CSCW) research area. He got a degree in Computer Science at the UNLP in 2005.
In 2006, he focuses his research activity on “Pattern-driven development of E-Learning systems” at the LoUISE which is a research laboratory located at the Albacete Research Institute of Informatics (I3A) in Albacete, Spain. He got a Diploma of Advanced Stidies (DEA) at the University of Castilla-La Mancha (UCLM) in 2007 . He got the Master in Web Technologies (MTW) and the Master in Advanced Technolgies (MSc) also at UCLM in 2008. His research moved towards the «Model-driven development of of context-aware applications for ubiquitous computing environments» which was the subject of study of his PhD thesis. Finally, in 2009 he got a PhD in Computer Science at the UCLM in 2009.
He performed 2 six months periods of post-doctoral stays (2010 and 2011) at the Université catholique de Louvain in Louvain-La Neuve, Belgum with Prof. Dr. Jean Vanderdonckt at the Belgium Laboratory of Computer-Human Interaction where he developed research activities in the Model-driven development of multi-model context-aware user interfaces researcharea.
In 2011, He joined to the ISE Research group at the Albacete Research Institute of Informatics (I3A) in Albacete, Spain. His actual research lines are: “Model-driven development of multi-modal context-aware user interfaces” and the use, modeling and development of «Distributed User Interfaces».
Regarding teaching activities, he was Adjunt Professor at the Computing Systems Department (2008 – 2010). In 2010, he was promoted to Assistant Professor. Finally, in 2019, he was promoted to Associate Professor (accreditation 2013).
