On March 23rd, Benito Santos Burgos officially took office as an Associate Professor (Profesor Titular de Universidad) at the University of Castilla-La Mancha Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha, marking an important milestone in his academic career within the institution.

The position of Associate Professor in the Spanish university system represents a permanent and tenured academic role. It is one of the main stable ranks within public universities, recognizing a solid record of teaching, research activity, and official accreditation. It is also a step prior to the rank of Full Professor (Catedrático).
