The provisional measures adopted in South Africa v. Israel Case are not enough…

The widespread nature of the military campaign in Gaza, and the loss of life, injury, destruction and humanitarian needs following such military campaign should have been enough for the adoption of an IMMEDIATE CEASEFIRE as provisionally measure by the Court.
