Current employment: University full professor at the Geography department at University of Castilla-La Mancha Degree in Teacher Training in Child Education

Dr. María Ángeles Rodríguez Domenech is graduated in Geography from the Castilla-La Mancha University, Spain in 2003. She received from the same university, her Ph.D. with maximum honor (cum laude). She obtained a FULBRIGHT VISITING SCHOLAR in EE.UU, Michigan State University (2017). And the “la Caixa” Fellowship for postgraduate studies (2006-2008). Her research activities developed as a Full Professor of the University of Castilla-La Mancha (Spain) have been focused on different subjects related to the Human Geography; Demography; Urban Geography; Didactics of social sciences, Educational research and innovation; Environmental education and Cadastre of Ensenada. She has been as a research post-doctoral in the City Group of King´s College of London (2013) and Universidade Estadual de Sao Paulo (Brasil) in 2016. She authored and co-authored several books (5) and book chapters (50), and research papers (18). She has been the principal Investigator in two of the 20 research projects, with projects of cooperation to development in Latin America: El Salvador and Bogota (2), European (2), National (2), Regional (1) and others (10).  She is a member of the Editorial Board of the journal Multiarea. Educational magazine and Reviewer for some journals and international Conferences of Education and Urbanism. She has also supervised 40 Master students. Currently, she is a Member Boarding of GEOFORO an iberoamerican foro and a member of the Group of action LOCAL advice and collaboration with the City Council of Ciudad Real (IMPEFE) in Middle European cities European project URBACT (Enter.Hub).
