La teatralidad de los juicios ha sido recuperada en numerosas ocasiones en el ámbito de la representación teatral y cinematográfica. En paralelo, fiscales y abogados compiten a modo de entrenamiento enfrentándose en casos pasados o ficticios. La ficción es consustancial al juicio en tanto éste se realiza en un dispositivo teatral.
