{"id":14,"date":"2016-06-16T09:13:23","date_gmt":"2016-06-16T08:13:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.uclm.es\/momu\/?page_id=14"},"modified":"2026-03-17T13:23:20","modified_gmt":"2026-03-17T13:23:20","slug":"about","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/blog.uclm.es\/momu\/","title":{"rendered":"About"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The European project MOMU (Moving towards Multiprofessional Work) is a KA2 project inside the Erasmus + Program where are going to work together mainly social workers, artists, journalists and psychologists from four countries: Finland, United Kingdom, Estonia and Spain, that has developed from September 2015 to August 2018. The purpose of this European project, according to Gomez Ciriano, project manager MOMU Spain, is \u201crely on the two flagships of European Commissions Europe 2020 Strategy, on the one hand, the acquisition of new skills in a new changing labor market; and on the other hand, fight against poverty and social exclusion by preventing youth social exclusion\u201d. The main objective of MOMU is to define and develop the multiprofessional work between professional social work and the arts.<\/p>\n<p>The project group a consortium of four European universities: University of Applied Sciences Turku, Finland, which is the project coordinator; Manchester Metropolitan University, UK; the Viljandi Culture Academy of Tartu University, Estonia; and the University of Castilla-La Mancha. Over a week, HE lectures and researchers have outlined the method to work together over the next three years on this project. Different perspectives, different realities, but a common goal as Gomez Ciriano said: \u201cto find the way to work as a multiprofessional, collaborative and innovative group between different degrees and professionals, in order to find effective solutions to reduce the vulnerability of young people and increase their employability\u201c. This project forms part of the work carried out by the <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.uclm.es\/alteraccion\/\">AlterAcci\u00f3n research group<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><em>Emilio Jos\u00e9 G\u00f3mez Ciriano, project manager MOMU Spain (<a href=\"mailto:EmilioJose.Gomez@uclm.es\">EmilioJose.Gomez@uclm.es)<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999\">El proyecto europeo MOMU (Moving towards Multiprofessional Work) es un proyecto KA2 del programa Erasmus+ en el participan trabajadores sociales, artistas, periodistas y psic\u00f3logos, principalmente, de cuatro pa\u00edses: Finlandia, Reino Unido, Estonia y Espa\u00f1a, que se\u00a0ha desarrollado desde septiembre de 2015 a agosto de 2018<\/span><span style=\"color: #999999\">. Este proyecto europeo\u00a0tiene como prop\u00f3sito, seg\u00fan G\u00f3mez Ciriano, director del proyecto de MOMU en Espa\u00f1a: \u201cresponder a dos objetivos de la Estrategia 2020 de la Comisi\u00f3n Europea, por un lado, la adquisici\u00f3n de nuevas competencias en un nuevo mercado laboral cambiante; y por otro lado, luchar contra la pobreza y la exclusi\u00f3n social de los j\u00f3venes\u201d. El principal objetivo de MOMU es definir y desarrollar el trabajo multiprofesional entre profesionales del trabajo social y las artes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999\">El proyecto est\u00e1 formado por un consorcio de cuatro universidades europeas: la Turku University of Applied Sciences, de Finlandia, que es la coordinadora del proyecto; la Manchester Metropolitan University, del Reino Unido; la Viljandi Culture Academy of Tartu University, de Estonia; y la Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha. A lo largo de una semana, los distintos profesores e investigadores han perfilado el m\u00e9todo para trabajar conjuntamente a lo largo de los pr\u00f3ximos tres a\u00f1os que dura el proyecto. Distintas perspectivas, distintas realidades, pero un objetivo com\u00fan seg\u00fan G\u00f3mez Ciriano: \u201cencontrar el m\u00e9todo para el desarrollo de proyectos multidisciplinares, cooperativos e innovadores entre distintas titulaciones y profesionales, con la finalidad de buscar soluciones eficaces para reducir la vulnerabilidad de los j\u00f3venes e incrementar su empleabilidad\u201d.
