\u2013 Omnia mea mecum porto \u2013<\/h2>\n

Professor of University (1999) in the Area of the Business Administration, assigned to the Department of Business Administration, in the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of Castilla-La Mancha (UCLM-Spain).<\/p>\n

PhD in Economics and Business by the University of Castilla-La Mancha (1991), Degree in Economics and Business with Extraordinary Prize of Degree, by the University of Murcia (1984), Spain.<\/p>\n

Professor in the Degree in Management and in the Programme of Ph.D. in Business Creation, SMEs and Family Business. Professor in Masters, Courses, Seminars and Workshops in the UCLM and other Spanish, European and Latin America Universities and Business Schools, with incidence in Business Creation, SMEs, Family Business and Competitiveness and Innovation.<\/p>\n

Principal researcher of a national project (2007-2009) and three regional projects (2002-2004, 2007-2009, 2011-2012), researcher in a national project (2000-2002), director\/co-director of twelve doctoral theses (1998, 2000 -2-, 2004, 2005, 2006-2-, 2008, 2013, 2015, 2016, 2022), person in charge for two bilateral Programs of Integrated Actions for scientific and technical research between Spain and Portugal and between Spain and Italy. Coordinator of the Network EYALDE \u2013 creation of businesses \u2013 of the Programme ALFA (PB2), of cooperation for the scientific and technological formation of the European Commission. Stay of research in Business Creation<\/em> at the University of Qu\u00e9bec (1995, Canada) and in Family Business <\/em>at Lancaster University (2010, UK).<\/p>\n

Director of the group of Research SITEFB -Strategy, Innovation, Technology and Entrepreneurship and Family Business- of the UCLM.<\/p>\n

-Entrepreneurship: enterprising-entrepreneur and gender<\/p>\n

-Family Business: continuity-succession<\/p>\n

-Strategic management of the company: innovation, internationalization<\/p>\n

-Teaching innovation: problem-based learning, methodology adapted to EHEA, enterprising training<\/p>\n

Author\/co-authored three manuals, various studies and reports, chapters of books, articles, other publications, lectures and communications in national and international congresses and scientific encounters and academic journals.<\/p>\n
