Call for Papers 2013

The Energy and the Environment Science and Technology Campus of International Excellence (CyTEMA), will host the first Energy and Environment Knowledge Week (E2KW), in the World Heritage City of Toledo (Spain). E2KW is a multidisciplinary and international event where to be discussed and addressed vanguard research in Energy and Environment from all possible areas. CyTEMA invites to all researchers in the field of energy and the environment, from all areas of knowledge, to submit their papers related to one of the following lines shown below and others falling within the scope of the Conference theme:

  • Air pollution and environmental modeling.
  • Atmospheric Chemistry.
  • Biofuels and Biomass.
  • Climate change.
  • Eco-innovation.
  • Economics of energy and the environment.
  • Energy efficiency.
  • Fossil fuels.
  • Green Chemistry.
  • Green IT.
  • Legislation and climate policy.
  • Nuclear Energy.
  • Preservation of the natural and forest resources.
  • Renewable energy.
  • Science and engineering of materials.
  • Soil contamination.
  • Solar Energy.
  • Storage systems and energy management.
  • Sustainability and waste treatment.
  • Sustainability and water.
  • Tourism and Environment.
  • Wind Energy.
  • Miscellaneous.

Best papers will be selected for publication in special issues of several scientific journals. The decision will be based on abstract received and the presentation at the E2KW. The proposed papers will be sent to the corresponding journals and will follow the journals’ blind peer-review process.
