Activo desde la d\u00e9cada de 1990, su obra ha explorado cuestiones de identidad, memoria, ausencia y ficci\u00f3n en la performance. Su investigaci\u00f3n ha abarcado temas como las historias de la documentaci\u00f3n en video y los formatos medi\u00e1ticos obsoletos, as\u00ed como la pr\u00e1ctica y la \u00e9tica de la recreaci\u00f3n de performances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Su trabajo, tanto en vivo como en pantalla, ha sido presentado en Europa, Estados Unidos y Asia. Ha recibido premios y becas de organizaciones como Artsadmin, Delfina Foundation, Arts Council England, LADA y Franklin Furnace Inc. Tambi\u00e9n es <em>MacDowell Fellow<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los escritos de Robin han sido publicados por Routledge, NYU Press e Intellect Live. Entre 2021 y 2024 fue profesor y director del Departamento de Performance en la School of the Art Institute of Chicago, EE. UU. Actualmente es director art\u00edstico del <em>SPILL Festival<\/em>, un evento bienal internacional con sede en Ipswich, Suffolk.
