My research interests include bi\/multilingual education, sociolinguistic ethnography, language ideologies, language policies and the social (re)construction of bilingualism and bilingual identity through discourse and interaction practices. My PhD thesis examines the relationship between bilingualism, language ideologies and language policies in educational CLIL contexts. From a sociolinguistic ethnography approach, this project aims to identify and analyse bi\/multilingual programmes implemented in La Mancha\u2019s schools, as well as the social construction of bilingualism and language ideologies that merge through discourse and social interactions. I hold a MA in Arts and Humanities Research (\u201cBilingualism and Identity in Quebec\u201d), a MA in Teacher Training (Secondary Education in English) and a BA in English Studies from the UCLM.
